SERVICES
UrbScape Zambia Limited has special service guide lines for its works which are in two categories of pre-financed and post financed programs.
PRE-FINANCED SERVICES
These are contracts where the client arranges all the material and labour costs in advance of the works commencement or where materials and labour costs are paid for in phases of commencement.
POST-FINANCED SERVICES
These are contracts where the clients do not have immediate funds or material available, or where the client requires UrbScape Zambia to use its own funds or materials to implement works.
Pre-financed services...
The pre-financed plan also includes programs where the clients recommend source of materials and avail finances to UrbScape Zambia or however the case maybe.
Post FINANCED SERVICES...
Post finance services are Dependent on the project size, UrbScape Zambia limited may pre-finance the project or assist in funds or actual materials sourcing if required.

Should the client decide to deposit such funds or actual materials in the care of UrbScape Zambia, an undertaking will be entered into with the client and periodical reports on draw-downs agreed on. .
